Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.

Unauthorized Returns:

If your order is returned to us without prior authorization, we will return it back to you. Please note that you will be responsible for any associated shipping fees.


Open Box Items: If you return an item that has been opened but is still in new condition, you will receive a 50% refund.

Opened Products: For products that have been opened and used, we offer a 30% refund.

Used Products: Unfortunately, we cannot provide any refund for products that have been used.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Missing shipment: Our team will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days. During this time, the carrier will trace the package and determine its status.

Once we receive the results of the investigation, we’ll take appropriate action. If the package is confirmed as lost or missing, we will provide you with a credit. This credit can be used to purchase products of equivalent value from our website.

If you prefer a refund instead of a credit, please reach out to our customer service team. We’ll process the refund to your original payment method within the specified timeframe.
