We will make our best efforts to ship your order as soon as possible. However, our estimated domestic shipping process takes between 3-10 business days and international shipping process takes between 5-30 days. Once your order is ready to ship, the notification will be sent.

Customs Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination.

Any additional import clearance-related charges are the responsibility of the customers(recipient) and it must be fulfilled by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely, so JNS Costech has no control over these charges, nor can JNS Costech predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information before you place your order. 

Due to complex and ever-changing customs polices we cannot guarantee the items you are ordering are permitted for import into your country. If the package is returned to us due to customs reasons, we inform you that the shipping fee is non refundable. If you want us to reship the order, we have to charge for the shipping fee again. 

Therefore, it is crucial that you be aware of the customs laws in your country before placing an order. Please consult your customs office to see if you can import the items, and if any additional licenses or permits are needed.
